Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my package?
All orders, regardless of where they are placed, are delivered by our logistic partner FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), which is Amazon's delivery service and promises 2-5 days of delivery time depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free when your orders are placed via our website. Orders from Aamzon are delivered free of charge for Prime members. See Amazon's delivery policy for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now the US market is our sole focus. You can place orders on our website or via Amazon.com. But rest assured, our global launch is only a matter of time. Stay tuned.
How should I apply for a change or refund?
If you purchased our product through Amazon, you can directly apply on the platform. If your order is placed via our website, you can send us an e-mail and request for return or refund. There's one condition you should pay attention to though. For underwear to be eligible for change or refund, it should not have had contact with your skin. Try it on while you are clothed.
What's the prerequisite for return or a refund?
Apart from the conditon that the item should be intact, it should not have made direct contact with your skin. It's called intimate clothing for a reason. Not a lot of people want to wear underwear that's been around the intimate area of someone else.
How should I wash it?
Despite the excellent robustness of these thongs, the best way to clean them is through hand wash, for not only will they catch infectious germs that will jeopardize your health in the washing machine which everyone use to wash all sorts of clothes, mechanical tumbling will deform it and decrease its elasticity and durability.
Should I go commando?
Sleeping undie-free can offer a lot of benefits, increasing airflow, improving comfort, keeping you cool and promoting your health. But during the day, ditching your underwear should be a big no-no.
Tight clothing can lead to chafing and irritation can turn your most intimate area into a battlefield. It’s not particularly hygienic. And thanks to our seamless underwear, going commando without leaving your undies at home is an option now. They are light, breathable and extremely capable of wicking moisture. Don’t take our word for it. Check out all the positive reviews from our customers on Amazon.
Does women's underwear have an expiration date?
We all have a few favorite pairs that we find it’s difficult to part with. But as a general rule-of-thumb, women’s underwear should be replaced around once every 2 months. After all, your knickers get up close and personal with your private parts. There’s a lot of bacteria down there and, unless you wash with bleach, this can build up over time.
